6. Radio Station Content

Stations featured on DCRadio Hub are included by agreement with each station. Participating stations confirm that their existing broadcast licence covers streaming through DCRadio Hub. We do not host or rebroadcast station content without the station's consent.

7. Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account at any time from your profile, after which we will remove your personal data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
