Every organisation answers the same 5Why questions:

- Why do you keep going despite challenges?
You can share your 5Why as:
- Talking head video recorded on your phone (landscape or portrait).
- Written answers sent by email or message if video is not possible.
Your iCare 5Why may be shared on our social media @decollaborators and featured within DCRadio Hub as part of the wider community story.

One message with your details and your story.
To add your listing and iCare 5Why, send:
- Organisation / church / group name.
- Short description of what you do.
- Category: Church, Community, Wellbeing or Nearby.
- Phone number and email.
- Address or local area / ward.
- Open days & times (if relevant).
- Logo and 1–3 supporting images (optional).
- Video link for your talking head 5Why, or attach the video.
